Over 20 years ago I used to furnish my homes with their furniture. Marlo was known for heavy sturdy furniture and reasonable prices. Unfortunately they slowly went downhill with selection. Quality may still be the same but if you go into their showrooms you just won't be amazed or trying to figure out what set you like. Nothing looks really good anymore and in my opinion they are grossly overpriced compared to local competitors who have very nice looking sets or rooms of furniture for much cheaper prices.

Went in with my mom today to purchase a bedroom set. Cassandra helped her find something in her price range that she loved. It was delivered and set up today!! Same day delivery...who does that? Great experience, we will return for our furniture needs.

I can't explain how gracious and happy I was with the customer service from the sales reps, accountants, manager and everyone in the store. You guys were absolutely great. You were patient, courteous and took the time to help in all way. Keep up the good work.

Brandon is has by far some of the best customer service I've seen. It's not just about having a script, but being a personable individual, and that he is. He was able to help with all of my questions, and if he didn't have an answer, he found someone who did. I will be returning on Friday to complete my purchase!
