Dryers DON'T DRY. Two loads, each load took 2.00 to dry and all the clothes were not dry! The Hispanic girl that works there is VERY DISRESPECTFUL! Told her about the dryers not getting hot and she would not refund or start the dryers. Told me that it was not her fault but mine. Even when I showed her that the one dryer got hot and the other two only got warm. She began to curse me and my fiance in Spanish, calling us " loco punta" not knowing that we understand a lot of Spanish. DON'T GO THERE EVER!
Laundromat is always clean, nice machines, and air conditioning. Best fact about the place is machines are up to date and you can use your card instead of having to be carrying all the quarters and hassle to put your machine to run, one swipe and thats it. Location. Is great too while I put to wash I can run a small errand to the dollar store, shoppers or even Ledo Pizza. The larger dryers are ideal to dry the smaller one I can pass. If they could do anything to do better is have the machines that cost like a dollar and some change sometimes I have for example the bathroom rug to wash but I wash it on its own and the smallest machine is around 2 and some change which isnt bad but the other ones would be better. Overall, great place would recommend.
The space is nice and clean but the customer service was not good. Sunday evening As I was trying to load the washer your employee pushed my cart to wipe down a washer beside me...that shouldve been done after I loaded my washer...then she took a while to come and help me at the counter and then she told me that I couldnt get any more quarters or dollars in exchange for my change that consisted of nickels and dimes. And I only had a dollar in changed. She looked at me and said no more. Then I asked for the manager name and number and she said why...the space is nice but its not worth the disrespect!!!
Very nice and clean space to do laundry. First time in a laundry mat in years. Very convenient with the card swipe. I've never had a problem with it. Dryers get very hot and can dry very large loads quickly.
Very nice place spacious but the customer service horrible. This is my second time coming here and the ladies that work here in the afternoon/evening are NOT friendly they are rude. I was putting my load in the machine when the lady was cleaning the floor and didnt even wait for me to finish putting my load that she nearly Broomed my feet. They need training again and should learn not to clean over people.
