The move team (Norma, Mario, Milena and Ricardo) were very professional, thorough and caring with our belongings. They followed up on the phone making sure our questions were addressed. Most of our items are still in transit, but we got a small/partial set of boxes delivered as planned, everything is great shape. We also had great communication and advice from our customer rep, Sanjay Kaushal. Thanks to all!
Currently - Suddath has packed up the house and it will be in storage for 5 months. The packing up the original house went GREAT. The team came in professionally and knocked it out of the park. The team leader was Arturo Games and I would highly recommend his team for DC.
Our Suddath moving team (Tannier Marrocchi, Ester Scott, Andres and Ivan) were outstanding. Hard-working, fast and friendly. It was a challenging move since everything was wrapped from overseas transport and a large couch had to be lifted up to our 2nd floor deck because it couldn't fit in our front door. And they were so thoughtful in helping us set up everything. Highly recommended!
